Oh and a quick swim in the 25 metre pool, heated to a rather hot 30 degrees but still not bad.<\/p>\n<p>Quick trip into town for shopping and a relaxing afternoon, had some lovely pasta for dinner whilst Phil and Suzie went to meet Kelly in town.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tuesday 1 March 2011 More exercise today, we drove to the local swimming pool and had a great time in the steam room and sauna.
